Discounts available by each participating business cannot be combined with any other offer. Some establishments may require advance reservations or bookings. It is the responsibility of the holder of Citycard or mobile phone wallpaper to contact the participating business directly requesting availability and confirm the rate of discount. Holders of Citycard or mobile phone wallpaper will be required to produce their Citycard or Citycard mobile phone wallpaper in person to the business prior to making their purchases or payment.

Each participating business will have a Citycard poster displayed on the shop front window in a clearly visible position stating that they are a Citycard member. Some selected participating businesses may have replacement cards where you can pick up one up at no charge.

Participating Members agree to provide a discount to all Citycard holders or Citycard mobile phone wallpapers and will agree to display our poster which states that they are a member of Citycard.co.uk in the front window or any other place which is clearly visible to the public.

By becoming a member of Citycard.co.uk Limited,  you accept the Citycard.co.uk Limited Terms and Conditions.

By becoming a member of Citycard.co.uk Limited, you agree that neither Citycard.co.uk Limited nor its associates are liable for any damages direct or indirect that may arise from joining Citycard.co.uk Limited.

Entry on Citycard.co.uk website will be included free of any charge for one year ending December of each year.

By requesting to be a participating member does not give the right to have the entry to our website included automatically. Citycard.co.uk will make their own checks that businesses who wish to join are genuine and established and meet our criteria. However, businesses are under a duty to give accurate information in order to be included and if there are any changes the business concerned has the responsibility and agrees to inform Citycard.co.uk so that the website can be updated.

We reserve the right to exclude anyone from becoming a member.

If you wish to upgrade to have a full page inserted on the website then there will be a charge of £200 for the first year. All payment must be made in full prior to having the details included on the Citycard.co.uk website. Once the website has be loaded subject to your approval then any further changes will incur a charge.

If a complaint is received from any Citycard holder in any form that the participating member has failed to honour the discount which is specified, then Citycard.co.uk will investigate the matter and if necessary we reserve the right to have the details of the member concerned removed from the website without any notice and no refund will be given. However, each participating member will give Citycard.co.uk a contact name when listing the business, which will appear on the Citycard.co.uk website, so that any problems can be addressed on the premises in the first instance. If that fails, only then will Citycard.co.uk investigate the matter and decide on the decision to be taken. Our decision will be final and no refund will be given.

Citycard.co.uk reserves the right to make any changes to the Citycard.co.uk website whenever necessary and without notice in order to improve the services to holders of Citycard or Citycard mobile phone wallpaper.

Citycard.co.uk Limited reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions

Once the participating member agrees to join Citycard.co.uk Limited, the discount they offer cannot be downgraded ie offer cannot be reduced, but we will accept upgrades ie increase the discount offered.

Citycard.co.uk Limited is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We undertake to keep all your personal information confidential and will never sell, share or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third parties without your express permission, unless required to do so by law.

All details are kept on the Citycard.co.uk Limited database.  The information will only be used for:

a) adding you to the Citycard.co.uk Limited mailing list and/or
b) sending you promotional material from time to time.

We will never pass on your contact details to other members registered with us without your express permission.
